One of Britain's most popular classics, the MGB is still a familiar site on UK roads. It's lightweight body, enjoyable handling and competent (if not spectacular) performance make it an easy choice for those looking to get into classic sports cars. Indeed, some never get out of them!
The MGB was initially released as a roadster, but a coupe soon followed in the form of the GT, which proved particularly popular in the home market. With the exception of the relatively rare V8 models, all MGBs were fitted with a 1.8 litre B Series engine.
